Welcome to the official DJ Orphix merchandise store. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Availability

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations or pricing errors.
• Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page, but these dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in GBP and exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment processors as displayed at checkout. Payment must be cleared in full before items are dispatched.
• Taxes and Customs duties: International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any additional customs clearances.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Fulfillment: Standard in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Delivery Times: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or severe weather.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date with photographic evidence so we can assist you.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• All Sales Final / Change of Mind: Because merchandise runs are often limited, we do not accept returns for change of mind
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong size/design, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to clothing designs, logos, artwork, graphics, and audio, is the intellectual property of DJ Orphix.
• Restrictions: Purchasing merchandise does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, copy, resell for commercial gain, or commercially exploit the designs or branding.

• Disclaimer: DJ Orphix and affiliated fulfillment partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products sold on this store.

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
